Courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.

Disputes shall first be settled amicably.
Failing settlement within 15 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

By registering, you consent to receive communications from iArista.
You may opt-out of promotional messages.
Transactional alerts will continue.
20. Tools & Analytics Disclaimer
