Common Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a support request and a grievance?+
A support request is a routine question or service need — updating your details, understanding a transaction, or app help. A grievance is a formal complaint about service you received, such as a delay, an error, or unfair treatment. Grievances are tracked separately and escalate through the matrix below if unresolved.
What happens after I submit?+
You'll get an acknowledgment email with a reference number, and the right team begins reviewing your case. We'll come back to you on that same email thread, so everything stays in one place.
What if I do not hear back?+
Escalate to the next level in the matrix below — each level has a named contact you can write to directly. Quote your reference number so the next person can see the full history without you repeating yourself.
What information should I include?+
Your PAN or folio number if you have one, the dates and amounts involved, and any reference numbers from earlier correspondence. The more specific the detail, the faster we can look into it.
What if my complaint is about a fund house rather than iArista?+
Complaints about scheme performance, NAV, dividends, or AMC operations should be raised directly with the asset management company or its registrar (RTA), since iArista is a distributor and does not control those functions.
Can I send supporting documents?+
Yes. Once you submit the form you will receive an acknowledgment email with your reference number — simply reply to that email with your documents attached. There is no file upload on this form.
How is my personal information handled?+
Information you share is used only to investigate and resolve your request, in line with our privacy policy. It is not used for marketing and is shared only where necessary to process your complaint.
